We only collect information you provide directly when using the app:
Your information is used solely to operate the service: to authenticate you, to deliver event-specific broadcast notifications to the events you have joined, and to route concierge/security requests. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Account and app data is stored in a secured database accessed over encrypted connections. Your login token is stored encrypted on your own device using the operating system's secure keychain.
Broadcast notifications are retained for 30 days by default and then hidden, unless you archive them. Your account information is retained until your account is deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact details below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Within the app you can delete individual notifications permanently. To delete your account entirely, contact us using the details below.
The app is intended for use by adults in a professional concierge/security context and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
